All this construction is a major pollutant as is capital.

Fuck Island Health and its shortsightedness! If they want to address the real cause of the overdose crisis, they should stand aside and allow mutual aid groups like the Anarchist Network of Van Isle step in and organize. No state body should interfere with the do-it-ourselves ethos of the locals.
