At my first job in NYC in 2012, I made a joke that everyone outside of NY thinks Trump personifies NYC and more than a few people in the office did not take kindly to it. He was despised by New Yorkers well before 2015.

If it exists I haven’t seen it, but we need a study on the amount of student loans that go to landlords because I expect that accounts for a huge portion of the student loan debt. For my grad school 20 years ago, that was easily the largest portion of my cost of living and I imagine it’s worse now.
