📊 We analyzed 113 municipalities. Key findings:
Where mainstream parties didn't compete, AfD reached up to 51.6%
Where CDU, SPD, Greens ran, AfD vote share dropped significantly (28% → 20%)
Low turnout (15.5%) creates a vacuum AfD exploits strategically (2/3)
