ABQ's Comeback
@comebackabq.bsky.social
Albuquerque citizen who is super-enthused about what Mayor Tim Keller has achieved in 8 years and will achieve in the next 4 years if we put him back in to keep leading Albuquerque's comeback. #ABQ #Burque
KOAT7: What is your view of the Rail Trail?

@mayorkeller.bsky.social: We'll get it done. This 7-mile parkway - a generationally incredible project like our Tram or our Zoo -- will be telling our story and celebrating our culture.

Darren White: This makes me think of needles.

Tim Keller didn't cause our homeless crisis. Fentanyl did.

Darren White did cause:

* NM's 2nd worst prison riot
* severe violence against jail inmates
* worst police culture in the U.S.
* jailing of volunteers feeding our homeless
* entrapping addicts into commit felonies

Never again, #Burque.

Four cool facts about Tim Keller on his birthday:

* Born in Burque on 22 Nov. 1977.
* Starting QB at St. Pius High.
* Overcame dyslexia.
* Ran a nonprofit that trained and hired 1,000 land-mine victims and trafficking survivors to do I.T. work.

Happy 48th birthday, @mayorkeller.bsky.social !!!!

Q. A candidate for Mayor says on Day One he’d take tents & sleeping bags from all 3,000 homeless. On 20° nights, what'd happen?

ChatGPT: 150–400 people could end up in ERs for hypothermia. Dozens could die in a single cold snap — and in a bad scenario, well over a hundred.

SAY NO TO DARREN WHITE

The FOP is mistaken. DoJ studied the Darren White Era of policing. A majority of fatal shootings were unjustified. And one-third of about 2,300 uses of force. And now (2024) it's 3.7% uses of force "out of policy". @TimKellerNM is the best Police Reform Mayor in the U.S., maybe in American history.

@mayorkeller.bsky.social and APD vs. meth and fentanyl dealers: More and better strategies, staff, training, tech & tactics. Intercepting more meth & fentanyl shipments. Taking down more dealers, including traffickers. And civilian case-builders helping the DA get more convictions. #KeepKeller

The 7-mile Rail Trail looping from Downtown to Old Town to the South Valley and back again is becoming a spectacular addition to our lives. Mayor Tim Keller will keep making our city more walkable, bikeable, sociable, and livable. Want more? Reelect @mayorkeller.bsky.social !!!
November 16, 2025 at 2:30 PM
From 2028 thru the rest of our lives, we'll be walking, biking, and socializing along the entire 7-mile Rail Trail. Including the 25-foot futuristic neon Rail Trail Sphere at Central & 1st. One of several immersive experiences along the Rail Trail. Want more? Reelect @mayorkeller.bsky.social !!!

Tim Keller: Tech, trails, the Towers, and treatment.

Darren White: Cruelty. Chaos. Out of Control.
November 16, 2025 at 5:01 AM
Let's keep it simple when it comes to assessing the effectiveness and success of Mayor Tim Keller as a crimefighting leader.

In Keller's first 7 years as Mayor, #ABQ violent crimes dropped by 26%, property crimes dropped by 34%, rapes dropped by 47%, and robberies dropped by 69%.

@mayorkeller.bsky.social to Darren White, November 11th:

"Do we want to move backwards into a world where we have all sorts of lawsuits because of unlawful police shootings? Where we have roundups of folks who are innocent? Where the city is literally in chaos? No one wants to go back."
November 12, 2025 at 5:07 PM
@mayorkeller.bsky.social to Darren White, November 11, 2025:

"You cost the City $130 million in lawsuits. You cost lives. Innocent people were killed. And you cost us confidence in our police department. You are a failed public safety leader. This is your story."
November 12, 2025 at 3:49 PM
Darren White respects veterans? Hardly. In 2005, Sheriff White charged 29 y.o. USAF vet Jason Kerns with a crime he later cleared Kerns of. Then White called a friend at the VA and got hold of Kerns' psychiatric records! His abuse of power against this veteran was 100% illegal and unconstitutional!
November 12, 2025 at 2:13 AM
Incredible to hear Darren White brag that yes he did tell our #ABQ police in 2010 to "take the gloves off" against not only the homeless but the volunteers feeding the homeless! The guy clearly would love to do it again every day for the next 4 years. Kinda of a sick and twisted mofo, ain't he?
November 12, 2025 at 1:30 AM
2017: We elected Tim Keller Mayor first & foremost to reform our police dept. after years of lawless violence against us.

2025: In the 8 years since Tim Keller took office as our Mayor, no unarmed person has been shot by a police officer. Not one.

Maybe that leadership challenge grayed him a bit.
November 11, 2025 at 12:21 AM
“Darren White is allowing us to take the gloves off! WOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOO!!!!!!!”

“Who gave them permission to feed the homeless at all?”

- an #ABQ APD email, 2010, just before our police began arresting volunteers who were feeding our homeless.

Ah, #Albuquerque, remember the Darren White Era?:

840 people will move into 240 affordable apartments at Tierra Linda next June. 448 people will move into new homes at West Mesa Ridge. And about 140 people will move into affordable apartments in the old Wells Fargo Bldg. around early 2027. That’s leadership. That’s @mayorkeller.bsky.social. #ABQ

In the first 6 years @mayorkeller.bsky.social was our Mayor, homelessness in our city did rise 94%. But it's easy to find the cause: In those same 6 years, meth deaths in our state rose 200% and fentanyl deaths skyrocketed 894%. Tim Keller
is doing the best job anyone can do.

2 weeks to Election Day, 7 weeks to Election finale.
Darren White: no economic ideas or leadership capacity, failed on crime, delusional promise to end homelessness on Day One.
Tim Keller: best #ABQ economic leader ever, crime down 35%, & services, beds, & treatment w/ tough love for the homeless.
October 21, 2025 at 2:41 PM
By far the most important endorsement in this Mayoral election: the endorsement of Tim Keller for 4 more years as our Mayor by the legendary civil rights and labor leader Dolores Huerta.

“America didn’t rise up 248 years ago to trade one king for another king. We were literally founded in opposition to what we see today from our President. The city will not give in to bullying. We are going to stand up for Albuquerque."

No economic ideas. No record of reducing crime. Votes of no confidence from almost all #NM state police & #ABQ city police when he was their boss. Day One promise to end homelessness that's total B.S. There's no there there, just tough talk. Darren White is all hat & no cattle.

"We've faced some of our city's hardest challenges together -- rebuilding APD, improving morale & driving down crime. I'm grateful to our officers as we keep moving Albuquerque in the right direction."

"Uballez has time to grow into the kind of leader he gestures toward. (Tim Keller) seems ready to act — not only to finish what he started on housing, business, and transit, but to protect the very idea that #ABQ can be a city worth staying & building in."
