The follow up, Legend of Valkyrie, is one of my favourite arcade games. Weirdly enough, they're totally different settings, but the genre gameplay reminds me of Heavy Barrel or Airborne Ranger, but with a fantasy setting. I love the Valkyrie look, too.

Watching my favourite film (along with Black Swan) on it's 34th anniversary of release: Star Trek VI.
I adore this film, with its super timely Cold War analogy, and professional and slick aesthetics. And I think Admiral Cartwright is my favourite Trek villain.

This gives me PTSD flashbacks of playing Falcon MC on classic Mac, and how Skywalker-esque it felt having to deliver several thousand pounds of bombs over to a nuclear reactor on the other side of the map.

Bob Seger did part of the soundtrack for one of my top five films, Risky Business, so he's cool in my book (though I loved the Tangerine Dream tracks even more).

I liked the predecessor game this studio made, Iron Helix. It's fairly short, not much to do after beating the hard mode, but the aesthetics and detail is super cool.

Currently doing a rewatch of the Robotech Masters saga.
I love the mecha-heavy combat of this arc, and the general explodey animation and character designs. Admittingly, I like watching the original 1985 version over the remaster, especially for the more aggressive sound effects.
