Couldn't resist taking this fungus along a path following the River Dart near Totnes, Devon, UK. I think it's Honey Fungus, Armillaria Mellea, but I am not really an expert.

My favourite Cardiff, South Wales, park bridge is this one crossing Roath Brook in Roath Park Pleasure Gardens. Built in 1894, it is Grade II listed footbridge made of reinforced concrete, and is an early example of this technique. It is a constant attractive landmark throughout the seasons.

Walking home yesterday early evening with my eldest son, I suddenly saw this very local scene through the eyes of a man who stepped in front of me to snap it. I realised this was an appealing, beautifully lit scene. This is my version; what do you think?
