So he intended to say "Today another transformer explosion according to Germán Dam caused another massive blackout"?

Even giving him the benefit of the doubt and add some clarifying commas, it's an awkward sentence. Might as well blame it on an intern.

This. I tried to charge near an IKEA the other day: two L2 chargers in a tight parking lot (one used by a Tesla) and a bank of 8+ Tesla chargers on the other side of the parking lot. All empty.

I actually have no idea who this dude is. I just felt like pointing out obviously bad source screenshots before I blocked someone who was spreading misinformation and being an ass at the same time. Cheers.

What does "paid" mean next to the byline? Sounds like an ad.

Also random screenshots without sources are dubious to begin with. So convincing.

And Jeffrey Combs was on a short list for Riker? At this point, sure why not, he can do anything.
William T. Riker

Using google ai in your fact check of google ai is an awkward move. I realize the author was probably trying to say "even google AI will correctly spit out the right popular cheeses." Probably?

I agree that $7 is an insane price for "basic" eggs and that Trump is dangerous.

It's still useful to read a graph so you can know when someone is trying to manipulate data to evoke a reaction. That's going to be essential bc we already know Trump et al try to manipulate the truth.

Thanks for the comparison. Interesting that for milk, beef and tp it's usually higher than Kroger--not white bread though 🤷‍♀️

Gray vertical line is where I estimate Jan 20 to be (generally). Red horizontal is ~$3.50, half the current price. The blue line of price doesn't near that intersection.

Sidenote: is Publix generally a pricey store? When I've been in one while visiting family it has seemed much more like a Kroger than a Whole Foods.

More context: That article boasts the "best deals" so they're presumably looking for the cheapest and not the free range organic ;) I did find it interesting that chicken meat prices are so flat while chicken egg prices...are not.

I made a Shortcut to turn the screen grayscale when that happens. It's just another nudge for me to mostly ignore. The nudges add up though--and grayscale does make things harder or less enthralling.

I thought the "I'm Chinese not Japanese" pins were opt-in, for avoiding harassment? Not a better situation, just different.
