I remember wondering where the hell those conduit worms were in AOTC. Which random wall did George stick 'em in, I thought.

The holocrons were awesome as newly-made props. Do you know if there was a specific reason beyond "holocrons are cool"?

I suggest an anti-shrink ray. Don't know what Harrison Ford has to do with it, however.

Same here; early 20s when TCW started airing, and it didn't feel like it was for me, but rather for the newer generation. Kept up with the comics but increasingly lost interest in most of the rest of it until 2014.

Distinctly felt like Star Wars was slowly running out of steam back then.

The Latin alphabet exists, separate to Aurebesh, and predates Aurebesh first appearing. It was in ANH.

Did he miss Uncle Owen saying it first in ANH?

That’s incorrect in the article, actually - I never was going to do it and never turned it down.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news -- don't set Corlis Rath on me!

Thank you for the great series. I especially enjoyed the experimental issues, like Soona's POV story, and great use of Dooku.

That apostrophe hurt to type.

President of Lucas'sFilms makes shocking anti-droid statement. L3-37 unavailable for comment.

Same. I mean, there's Star Wars and stuff, but I could just, y'know, get it on a t-shirt.

Pablo joins Cameo, but it's just to answer Rebels questions from various celebrities.

"The Rebels are currently in the gaseous clouds over Reklam Station. Do you think that's air they're breathing now?"

Quite a few placements seem to have been shifted outwards by some degree (especially to the north, Sernpidal, etc) though I assume that's on purpose to give the inner regions a bit more breathing room? May have accidentally knocked a few planets or routes over into the wrong grid square, though.

No worries!

I also happened to notice the Shipwright's Trace has fallen lower than on previous maps, which seems to have pushed Atzerrri and Chardaan down into M/N-14 instead of their usual M/N-13. Foless has also been placed in the Inner Rim on most maps despite being Colonies.

My god, the crashouts certain people would have if Leslye Headland said "Sol's a male chauvinist pig and he forgot Osha had a twin".

I can feel Larry's frustration here, to be fair. Feels like a clash of approaches.

Your art in the recent Star Wars comics has been a real treat. Vivid and unique! Looking forward to this one.

That design is a pull from the Corellian crewers in Ahsoka, though I wonder if Ahsoka was pulling from Galaxies to begin with, in that case. "Myn Weaver" sure sounded like an EU riff.

I'll never doubt you, Jason. It's amazing work as always.
June 26, 2025 at 9:35 PM
Will any updates/changes to the map or appendix be reliably announced or noted anywhere? I notice the missing Corellian Run was added today; will there be a heads-up for any error correcting of that kind, to help keep track of what's changed?

FWIW, that's Tantiss Station, a HoloNet relay in space. The Tantiss Base from TBB is on the planet Wayland in grid square N-7. Not the same, despite their confusing names.

"A Han Solo at Stars' End reference? Doesn't sound like me."

You might enjoy it, Pablo. It's quite good.
