The user describes himself as "Guy with black hair and a beard, wearing a Nottingham Forest shirt" and the woman as having "Brown hair, a very interesting look, wearing an England shirt with the Euro Cup patch." The user states that they "exchanged glances several times during the match and celebrated together when England won." The post continues, "The problem: The empty seat in the middle was occupied by Russell Vough (the OMB director, whose diabolical plan is to fire almost all federal employees and dismantle the government. He's one of the founders of Project 2025 and the Heritage Foundation). He prevented me from having any conversation with her beyond a few glances and celebrating England's victory together."

This proposed football stadium deal for DC is a stinker. From today's Washington Post.
The mayor’s office is pushing the idea that only 24 percent of the funding is coming from the District. Another way to look at it: Of the nine NFL stadiums that have opened or are being built since 2009, only one — the upcoming facility for the Tennessee Titans in Nashville — is receiving more public cash.
