This is my father. He served in the US Air Force. He passed away from cancer in April 1972 while serving as deputy commander of the hospital at Fairchild AFB in Spokane. Honoring him for Veterans Day.

RIP to the coach of our team. Set mark for wins in NBA. Won our only NBA title in 1979. I used to listen to games he played as a second grader in 1971. He should have been able to see the return of our #Sonics. 💚💛💚Lenny.

My mother passed 4 years ago today. Her favorite color was orange. It was a brilliant sunny Sunday and Halloween. Fall colors out. She picked the perfect day. It was hard, but what I retain is her love and wisdom that she imparted. I miss her still.
