you can only export static pbr material for blender, for this type of material you will have to build your own in blender + exporting the texture maps manually from material maker

the exported material uses static maps so you can just replace whatever textures you need(albedo/parallax map/normals etc)

custom shader with access to view direction, material maker had parallax depth by default but i think that's slightly different

should be doable to write an exporter for this(godot/unity etc), in fact this ported small portion of code from @halisavakis.com's article
