I'm starting to think that maybe we should think a bit harder about the legal liabilities that university trustees and university presidents are taking on when they choose to commit the institution in their care to paying bribes, however it's phrased in a press release.

Honestly, the fact that the people who died aren't White has a lot to do with the very pliant coverage the admin has received on this issue. The press is simply racist.
