IMO The small boat ‘crisis’ was orchestrated by the Tories so they could be seen as the only party that had the agency to fix it. Evidence: closing down safe routes and a policy export from Australian Isaac Levido. Alternatively before you default to conspiracy first rule out incompetence

Exactly the same experience. I was fortunate that I got the senior partner that day who was training a GP. When you logically go through the triage and cut out nighttime peppermint tea you potentially save yourself lots of unnecessary interventions.That was over half an hour not the usual 10 minutes
