The media keeps pushing the lie that fossil fuels are cheaper than renewables. They’re not. CSIRO and AEMO show solar and wind are far cheaper. The fossil fuel lobby funds the lie, and half our grid’s already renewable. The transition’s happening, like it or not.

This is Awesome!
GRIM TALES (1989): Rik Mayall is magnificenly unhinged (of course!) as the storyteller in this glorious children's show, performing the Brothers Grimm's fairy tales like a live action Looney Tune. Written by Anne Caulfield and Anthony (Dramarama, Robin of Sherwood, Crime Traveller) Horowitz.

AC⚡️DC play the MCG tonight, and again on Sunday, for two huge concerts. However #YarraTrams will not be providing extra trams. The band still haven’t paid the fine for delaying services on Swanston St, Feb 23, 1976, while filming this video clip:

South Australia is hitting 100% renewables EVERY SECOND DAY at the moment.

Phenomenal. 75% renewables on average for the past year.

The future is here, it's just unevenly distributed.
Australia’s most advanced renewable grid hits new wind and solar records, with batteries also playing a key part and gas relegated to a minor role.

Sending much strength to all the nurses, doctors and teachers In NZ who are striking tomorrow. There's a surprising lack of reporting about it outside of NZ but it's the largest planned strike action in a very long time.

I wish NZ Labour could understand they can make bold, daring, (controversial even!) statements about future direction without releasing detailed policy.

And when the Right demand policy, refuse and reiterate your point and use it to attack their failures harder.
