I'm going to need to do a whole explainer, but even though Senate Democrats are not promoting this fact, they are placing holds on some of Trump's nominees.

Senate rules were changed in 2013, 2017, and 2019 to make it easier for the majority party to overcome opposition for nominees.

TN State Senate doing super normal things
We passed a bill in committee yesterday that felonizes elected officials if they vote against Trump’s immigration policy. Let that sink in. Duly elected officials will go to jail- will have a criminal record- if they do not vote for and support Trump’s policies.
