Nettle & Bone is excellent. I haven’t read all her stuff but I have enjoyed all of what I have read. A Wizard’s Guide to Defensive Baking is a little young but fantastic and A Sorceress Comes to Call was really good. Clocktaur War (duology) was also quite fun.

Yeah even if there weren’t a million other reasons now to hate the Post, I was never going to forgive them for their coverage of the 2021 race. SCOTUS had already allowed the Texas bounty law to go into effect but they acted like abortion wasn’t on the ballot.

Oh the feeding part, def. Pepper is perfect but she does get a little resource guarding about food. But so it would be okay to give the foster her own toy(s), yes? Pepper really doesn’t like toys much anyway.

She has been in the rescue’s kennel for a bit, I don’t know exactly how long, but it’s my impression they have already done the vet screening - she seems to be medically cleared for adoption, at least. Why take her to potty away from the yard? And why put all toys away?

I think voting for the Laken Riley Act after Trump was elected is entirely disqualifying.
