Y'all are a company! This should be boilerplate stuff built into how to run your platform, not something users have to reply to you personally to beg for!

1. Hire a moderation team
2. Create sensible moderation policy (e.g. no Nazis)
3. Enforce it consistently & regularly
4. Have a system/channel for appeals
5. Have a system/channel for evaluating community feedback
7. Hire a PR team for public-facing messaging
8. Don't comment on individual cases
