I used cheese pumpkin from the garden for the pie and some finely diced purple tomatoes and parsley from the garden in the stuffing. It’s so satisfying to use things you grew in your cooking to share with family. 😊

I managed to get a couple more cheese pumpkins to almost ripeness before the cold damaged them. They aren’t green, but don’t have that rich orange color inside. They won’t keep so I’m roasting them up and I’ll see how they are puréed for curry. #gardening #pumpkins #cooking #produce #food
