If you get the chance to see Turnstile live, I’d say take it

I’m thrilled Jeopardy is on Hulu now, but slightly less thrilled that 1.) each ep is only available for a week after its initial broadcast, and 2.) it has (limited) baked-in commercials in my otherwise ad-free subscription. Still watching every episode, of course.

Jeopardy is on Hulu this season. Game changer.

I absolutely love how endlessly punchable Boy Kavalier is in Alien: Earth.

Stayed up way too late playing Silksong last night. It’s so good. The rollout of abilities feels perfectly timed and super satisfying 👏

Forgot to post this when I saw them in May, but if you have a chance to see Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds in concert, take it.

This is by far my favorite social media interaction I've had while posting to IGN Deals.

I've been on a rock star memoir kick lately and got mostly what I expected out of Bono and Dave Grohl's books. I just finished Anthony Kiedis's, and I must have said "holy shit" out loud every three pages. Dude's life has *not* been ok.

This is giving me cognitive dissonance, because I remember reading this same comic, with these same characters, in the late ‘90s, the very era they’re discussing.

Picked up Toem (it’s free for Prime members right now) and I’m really enjoying its cozy laid-back-ness on Steam Deck. gaming.amazon.com/home

Vampire Weekend played my fave song (see video) and were generally super fun to see live. They even squeezed a bit of Super Mario Bros. world 1-2 music into one song.

I just sold my launch Nintendo Switch on eBay for $150. Not too shabby. I still had all the packaging in good condition, so ymmv, but I thought that info might be useful if you’re trying to get rid of yours ahead of Switch 2.

Iron & Wine put on a lovely show the other night. Also I’m apparently very old because standing up for four hours wrecked my lower back.

It took three(!) attempts to find a McDonald’s with a working shake machine, but we finally scored a Shamrock Shake.

Yikes, rough day for the NYT's Arts page.

You know it’s a major story when the local TV stations start picking it up

Taking a flyer on this and trusting the “Steam Deck Verified” badge on Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth. Fingers crossed! Will report back after it comes out on Thursday.
