I saw one of the timber ships depart last week. Quite a sight. It most definitely has to be during high tide.

Something that large in relatively small Budd Inlet is kinda wild.

I'll try for a photo next time.

I wish you could reach out & touch the bark like I did.

Such wonderful texture. Getting battered by wind & rain & deep freezes for 100 years will do that.
