Of all the native species missing from Ireland, lynx would be at the very top of my list for reintroduction.
They:
➡ Help regulate grazers, eg deer
➡ Help regulate smaller predators, eg fox
➡ Never attack people
➡ Very rarely take livestock or pets

Of all the native species missing from Ireland, lynx would be at the very top of my list for reintroduction.
They:
