Thinking about residents who don’t meet requirements of Blue Badge parking scheme which is for blind people, people who have a severe disability in both arms and people who have difficulties walking due to a physical or psychological issue. Doesn’t include residents recovering from operations etc

Agreed - but if public transport is not running smoothly - particularly for people with disabilities - then good news to enjoy the festive offer in the centre of London
