Thats for the whole PROPOSED 15% increase. An increase of 1% in property tax is about 2.50 per month for reference. The 5% budget reduction as proposed by one dumb councilor would cause major damage to anything remotely fun and interesting in the city

That sounds amazing! Vancouver Island is one of my favourite places in the world. PEI is also very cool. It sort of reminds me of Saskatchewan, except the dirt is red and is surrounded by the ocean
