Here's what I have in mind if she was actually playable (using Kaede and Mitama's Kioku as a reference):

Notes:
- Crystalis name is taken from a dialogue in Shadowbringers before the final boss of the base expac
- Kioku name means "Starlight Song of Hope" in Finnish
Elemental Affinity: Light Role: Healer Basic Attack: Break Gauge Depletion - 10 Deals 100% Light damage to a single enemy (uses Glare animation) Battle Skill: Afflatus Solace Restores all allies' HP by 14% of user's HP + 500 and removes all ailments. If target has no ailments, increases their DMG dealt by 14% (2 turns) instead. Gains 1 magic per use Upon reaching 3 magic, "Afflatus Solace" changes to "Afflatus Misery" and deals 280% Light damage to all enemies (Break Gauge Depletion - 30) while restoring all allies HP by 14% of user's HP + 200. (excess magic can be brought forward) Kioku: Tähtivalo Toivonlaulu MP cost: 90 Break Gauge Depletion - 40 Deals 560% Light DMG to all enemies Restores all allies HP by 28% of user's HP + 1400. Also gains 1 SP. If own HP is 80% or higher, also increases all allies' DMG dealt when targeting elemental weakness by 14% (2 turns). (Uses Holy animation) Ability: Quickness Benefit Increases HP recovery amount for self and allies under 30% HP by 50%. On taking DMG equal to 20% or higher of own HP, advances action order by 20%. Support Ability: Quickness Benefit Equipped to Healer: Increases HP recovery amount by 14% and on taking DMG equal to 30% or higher of own HP, advances action order by 10%. Crystalis: This is Our Future, Our Story Increases HP recovery amount by 40%. If own HP is 80% or higher, increases critical rate by 14%. (2 turns). If HP is 30% or lower, further increases HP recovery amount by 30% and advances action order by 14%.
