The legendary Vancouver Island Short Film Festival returns for its 20th year, opening Thursday with a retrospective showcase of the last 20 years. There was also a special Paragon Award given to the late actor, musician, and CHLY radio host Richard Travale. Show starts tonight at 7PM!
