In the US, if you are not married but in a long-term relationship where you want your partner to be a beneficiary of your assets and to be able to make healthcare end-of-life decisions on your behalf, you should also have these documents.

In the US, if you are not married but in a long-term relationship where you want your partner to be a beneficiary of your assets and to be able to make healthcare end-of-life decisions on your behalf, you should also have these documents.
Having the knowledge, and skills to implement changes that would 100% - even by expert opinion - increase the efficiency of tasks… and not being allowed to… is mind boggling.
Like, somethings are *so* painfully simple - but my hands are tied.
