Just a reminder that people expressed more outrage about Bad Bunny, a U.S. citizen from Puerto Rico, who’ll be performing at the Super Bowl, than they did about the recent guest at the White House, who US intelligence found ordered the killing of a Washington Post columnist.

What they FAILED to mention in this press release is that Narciso Barranco, the victim of that violent detention and the father of three U.S. Marines, was released on bond and wasn’t charged for the supposed assault of an agent, his son told NBC News on July 16, 2025.

As a Spanish-speaking person who is very involved and in tune w/my community and its politics, I can tell you that this part isn’t as black and white. Many Latinos didn’t vote for Harris because she’s a woman and a WOC. Full-stop. It’s that simple. I’ve been in those conversations.
