Thanks! The little pompom stitch made all the difference on a very simple tree skirt. The yarn is wool ease, it has a bit of nylon that looks just like snow sparkle.

You can also do the whole thing in one piece instead of doing the arms separately if you start with the cuff ribbing and work across. I just wanted my arm stripes going shoulder to wrist instead of around the arm.
