as someone dealing with depression— in my opinion, it is not your job to HELP her. be there for her as much as you CAN without it affecting you. 🫶🏻 maybe offer to do something with her that you know she likes, sometimes that helps cheer me up, but what works for some people may not work for others. 🤍

as a fellow swiftie— BEEN THERE and listening to yoyok religiously helped me calm down whenever i was overthinking about it. also someone told me “what’s meant for you won’t pass you” and i think about that a LOT lately
