I was diagnosed this year with wet macular degeneration in one eye. Treatment is a monthly injection to save my sight. Had to sign a form agreeing to pay if my insurance didn’t cover it. Cost? $8,600!!! Medicare covered it, thank God. Medicare for all!!

I loved every minute of it! The first narrative voice I didn’t recognize and I thought “Oh no-didn’t he use Peter Coyote for this?!!” Then Peter’s voice came on and I was so happy. 😊

It isn’t bankrupt, but we don’t collect payroll taxes on money earned over about $170k. Easy fix is raise the cap to $400k and it’s solvent for the next 75 years
