I have a night to myself and it’s exciting! This is my idea of partying these days. Listening to vinyl, burning a seasonal candle, sipping an adult beverage, gazing contentedly at my messy shelves, and applying arthritis cream. 🤣

Hey #booksky! At a remote, isolated research facility in the desert, a scientific team discovers a strange specimen in the desert. Due to an approaching sandstorm they decide, against regulations, to bring the specimen inside. Mistake. Big mistake.

Have you ever read an entire book that consisted of one sentence? No? Me either. Daniel Kraus somehow pulled this off whilst creating an appalling and atmospheric novel of the Great War. I freaking loved it!
