I have loved computers since my Timex Sinclair 1000 in 1982. Then my #C64 that I got for Xmas in 1983, which I still use. #Commodore64 #Commodore #RetroComputing #retrogaming #retrogames
This was an OK game on our C64 computers. I like the comic book type of storytelling in areas and also that it did have 3 levels of gameplay.

I still have my C64 Breadbin from Xmas 1983 (it's the one in my post) and I have preordered the other two editions of the C64 Ultimate to support Commodore now that they are back.

I really need to retrobrite my C64C, but I've seen several get really messed up in YT videos.

A different version of the game on each side of the disk. Just like some games I bought were C64 and Atari with one on the backside. The drives were single sided so if you added a write protection notch you could use the back side.

Very cool! C64.com and CSDb.dk are my two go to sites for "BACKUPS" of the 10k+ C64 games made.
C64.COM - To Protect and Preserve
C64.COM is a C64 site dedicated to just about everything that is connected to the Commodore 64 (C64). Get your favourite games and demos here!

YES!!! That would be cool! Kind of like the ladder in the reference section of the library that is on an upper track and moves back and forth the long length of books.

You are correct with the ZX81 being PAL.

The only difference is the ZX81 came with only 1K of RAM and the TS1000 came with 2K of RAM.

Not sure but I will always have good memories of my 1st computer. A Timex Sinclair 1000 that I bought myself in 1982 with $100 from my part time job at McDonalds (started at $3.25 per hour). I taught myself BASIC on that computer.

I will be doing an unboxing video. Show my Xmas 1983 C64 Breadbin being moved from its desk of 42 years to being wall hung. Then placing my new Founders edition onto the desk, connecting it to the 1702 CRT monitor and the 1st power up. #C64 #Commodore64 #Commodore

Yes it was one of the few “introductory” level ones. Then there was standard level, advanced level and expert level. Only four of their 31 text games were leveled at expert.
