Here's what I get when I search "Lloyd Gray" in docketmaster, the records database for Orleans Parish criminal court. His case — while admittedly 45 years old — was in court *yesterday*.

The site loads very slowly, so this extra step is that much more annoying. Why is it there? Of course I want to go to my account. Why else would I be logged into my electric company's website? It just makes the already unpleasant task of paying my bill slightly more unpleasant.

The ordinance allows them to “request” facial recognition analysis but doesn’t limit who they can request it from nor, as far as I can tell, would it restrict them from accepting it if it’s being offered.
