The site loads very slowly, so this extra step is that much more annoying. Why is it there? Of course I want to go to my account. Why else would I be logged into my electric company's website? It just makes the already unpleasant task of paying my bill slightly more unpleasant.

The ordinance allows them to “request” facial recognition analysis but doesn’t limit who they can request it from nor, as far as I can tell, would it restrict them from accepting it if it’s being offered.
