It does yes. Very much like that actually. Like somebody put a cell phone on vibrate inside my back roughly where my lumbar spine and pelvis meet. And somebody is text spamming it.

I have, for 3 days now, a weird vibratey feeling like. Internally. Like a muscle tremor but almost constant and... *inside* instead of surface-y. And its *super* annoying and weird and a new thing. And my husband is like "its probably fine it sounds like muscle twitches" and im like "Ehhh i dunno"

It displays a lack of consideration for others outside of your personal bubble. Its not hard to be kind and considerate of others. If you see something you dont understand, ask, look it up, *learn* before you make an assumption that could be wildly inaccurate and harmful.

If you *are* super specific about food/What constitutes as edible, I would suggest checking out "Color, Taste, Texture" by Matthew Broberg-Moffitt. Is also a helpful resource for keeping oneself fed when food seems to enjoy making your life difficult.

Also i would only loosely consider this *actually* a cookbook. But it is a nice collection of food related tips attempting to make keeping yourself fed less daunting. (maybe don't read it if you are super specific about food/what constitutes as edible or have issues with "weird" food combos.)

Im always here for info, even if its info i already may know ^^ learning is good and sharing knowledge is also good. POTS causes all kinds of weird stuff that one wouldn't think could possibly be related to POTS.

I do have POTS, but also EDS and gastroperesis. My swallowing issues are due to a combination of those more likely than not.

I don't like throwing away stuff unless absolutely necessary, so just-a-head-now Spiderman was kept and put back on the tree, just-a-head-now Black Panther will also likely be put back on the tree. Just in a more secure location.

Totally fair thought to have 😅 which is why I wanted to be sure to clarify for people unaware of other usages of the word "duster" ^^

For those unaware, in this context at least, a duster is a type of long coat-like garment.
