Dealing with SEO, analytics, random Google updates, and... stuff like a bunch of pages getting "unindexed" despite NO CHANGES... makes me go crazy.

Pondering this meme, and while it def calls me out... the third one is a topic I've discussed with my therapist. Whether it's an AuDHD quirk or more common behavior, I realize it's not simply to process thoughts that bother me or blow off steam, but is a protectionist problem solving ritual. 1/2
