Audience culture is the worst it's ever been, I swear to god. People forgot how to act. I'm at the theater, trying to enjoy my show, which I've paid GOOD MONEY for, and these two old assholes are in the balcony heckling the life out of the poor bear onstage. Not letting him finish a single joke.

World Enough and Time is a sci-fi romance with huge emotional stakes, and something of a holiday tie-in. The relationship breakdown/breakthrough happens on Christmas Eve (though the story goes beyond that. It also has a new cover!)

I'm on season 3 of #SupermanAndLois and I like the 2 leads but there is waaaay too much teen drama and I don't care about any of it. I didn't sign up for plotlines about Sarah fucking Cushing, surly teen.

LMAO Iris does NOT like the garage so tonight when I went out there to get the cat food the second my ass was through the door she was slamming it shut behind me. I was like 'ok, I guess I'm on my own I hope there's not a demogorgon out here!' (There wasn't. This time.)

I see the 'unless you're writing to make bank in these specific genres you're wasting your time' discourse is going around again and like I thought we all learned the arts were not a reliable way to make money so you might as well write what you love and hope for the best.

I get why people don't want to forgive and welcome MTG, and I'm also not sure I buy her transformation, but in general if we don't let people rethink and come over to the right side we are making them double down on awfulness forever and that's not better.

Dealing with a family medical crisis right now so probs won't be on much. My daughter had complications giving birth to my grandson and both are in the ICU. They're expected to make a full recovery but it was a scary 24 hours so send thoughts and prayers if you do that sort of thing.
