More Europeans now understand how food safety works in the EU. Trust = our strongest currency. In times of misinformation, we scientists must work harder to deliver #facts, not #fiction. EFSA is strongly committed to that mission!

We had two days of great discussions on topics like #NAMs, #microbiome, and #omics.
