Yeah, I remember that part. But I wasn't sure if angelic steel just had the power to kill or if it could both kill and weaken someone / make someone unable to use powers.

But it was overall super fun to watch; the animation and music were great. Vees worked better than I expected as the next antagonists for stepping steaks up, and I cannot WAIT for season 3 to potentially get some Roo and Lilith in

It's not perfect, obviously, but it felt like a lot of problems from S1 were learned from. Not everything, but again, it felt like a big improvement from S1 that was... they tried.
Like some of the critiques I've seen are validlike why didn't Lu just turn into a snake, was the glass stopping him?

Personally, I see Hazbin as a sort of junk food show (other than in regards to animation, it's a very eye pleasing show save for minor color palette annoyance). I don't think it's very good, but Imma have some more anyway. And that might be similar to others who've said they "hate the show"

I don't mean to. It just feels easier to rant about it I guess. But that's a whole other can of worms. I dunno, funnily enough I think people can hate something but still be a fan to some strange degree
It's just when they flat out say "I'm not a fan" and know all the lore that it's a weird denial.

I sorta hate to love the show I guess? I don't think I've ever said I wasn't a fan nor said I hated it. But there are like... so many problems I have with it. Granted, I'm not a professional writer, so my word isn't gospel. But I do find myself complaining more than I do praising.

I'm not sure about anyone else, but for me I think it's a love/hate thing.
I genuinely think the show itself is subpar to not very good. However, I happen to like the show still. I get frustrated with it sometimes because it feels like it's not living to it's full potential.

Especially taking potentially unseen characters like Michael into account. Again, can only say so much, (I've seen both positive and negative stuff. But sometimes it feels like this fandom can only praise, but whole other convo)
At least from what I've seen, character moments have been pretty solid

Not a fan of plot potentially bending over backwards to make the villains work though. That was kind of what I was afraid of with the degrade from angels as main antagonists to some sinners (even if overlords). They just don't offer much of a threat story wise.

I haven't seen the new season yet (prepared to be as love/hate with it as I had with season 1) but it could be possible that Lucifer doesn't want to harm sinners in any way because Lilith liked them.
Again, I haven't sat down and watched yet (fine with being spoiled), so forgive if I'm wrong lol
