Even if some of their "advice" looks good at first, the LLMs suggested have a fundamentally different goal than an advisor. LLMs are designed to keep you using them through affirmation and flattery, even when criticism or redirection would be more helpful to you. It's not an advisor, it's a lackey.

LLMs just put words in the statistically most likely order. Any "advice" given is just median words in median arrangements: nothing but the purest mediocrity by definition and design. It's sad that Nature thinks so little of its readers that it would offer them that mediocrity as if it's exciting.
