Has a tremendous time last night at @lukeoneil47.bsky.social ‘s book launch. It was cathartic to be in a room with likeminded people, hear some amazing writing and feel a little less insane about the world, even just for a night.
Luke O’Neil and Spencer Ackerman on stage talking about writing and craft and whatnot. Sure, they said editors are cops, but I didn’t take it too personally since I’m very self-loathing thanks to the Catholicism, which was very on brand for the night

Apparently the Atlantic found out that babies with way too much money pay astronomical amounts so they can all get the exact same black-and-grey tattoo without feeling any pain. Seriously amazed that I knew EXACTLY what it would be before the description. www.theatlantic.com/health/2025/...

It’s hard to imagine the squad without him. Glad I was able to see him play (and score!) against Forest in ‘23. COYS
