Trump is making me feel dirty, shamed. The sense of dishonor is a slight nausea coupled with a grimace. If I feel this way, how many others are there who feel even worse and might be less stable.
I can imagine this feeling could overwhelm a person of delicate psyche.

They see Trump's DISHONORABLE treatment Ukraine--whom we are treaty-bound to defend!--and now know Trump will never lift a finger to defend them from Xi's rapacious Communist China. No matter what he might say.
