Another dramatic gameplay with Arabian Struggle. This game usually creates an interesting story with each play.
Another 3-player game of Arabian Struggle and House Saud wins again. Unfortunately, this time I was playing the Rashidis. Good comeback from the Saudis who looked wiped out in the first era with me talking a big lead, but they came back with lots of attacks right at the end to overtake for the win.

Stole this from the Board Game Design Lab FB post.

I'm guessing folks are tired of hearing about my custom dice travails, but check out what one of our designers did: He made individual stamp, then stamped each die face. Brilliant!

Just found this unboxing video of Insurgent Algeria. This is a game that flies under the radar until you play it, and then folks love the game! Ask me to play it at a convention: plays fast, easy to teach, I have no idea what I'm doing, so I almost always lose...

Yesterday we (Oreo and I) were visited by CMU's game crew to pick up some of their games from our little warehouse. Oreo was a big help, as you can imagine.
Yesterday we visited our friend and partner Tim at @catastrophegames.bsky.social to pick up some CMich Press games for our dungeon hoard (storage room)! Thanks to Tim (and pup Oreo!), our stock has a place to stay until it is called forth into the world for adventures with gamers and educators.

Was unloading a shipment received in our warehouse and this map was used as a buffer between cartons. This map is gorgeous, even in its beaten up condition!

Another playtest of True Commands Ancients today with @gamingthepast.bsky.social . Today we worked on facing, morale & rally, which brought up other commander moves as well.
