The service allows people to pay for a doctors note so they can get deals on Truemed's partners using tax-free HSA dollars.

The IRS has cautioned against this before but don't expect enforcement in this admin.

Paying based on denials seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen. Puts the companies that would participate at risk.

Many areas targeted by the WISeR model have well-known fraud/abuse - e.g., $1.1B fraud case over wound care.

But this needs a better payment model
