I made these loaves of pumpkin bread today. Tomorrow is my day to make some PBJ sandwiches for a local charity here in town. Along with the sandwiches I’ll slice these loaves up and individually package them for the lunch bags. We’ll feed about 200 or 300 people with our group. Peace. 🍽️

I made this deli style tortellini salad with items from the fridge. Celery, onion, carrot, mushroom, green olives, parsley, Pecorino Romano and creamy Italian dressing. Marinating for a few hours before dinner. 🍽️

I made this French galette with apples and blueberries. Tender and flaky crust but not too sweet with sugar. Very tasty with a side of whipped cream. 🍽️
