I have never seen the same spelling twice for the same owner of multiple parcels. Recorded differently every time. So grouping adjacent parcels by owner name is bespoke hand matching...sometimes the mailing address is the most consistent unifier.

Of the 91 addresses that needed geocoding this month, 70 matched above 90%., so only 21 to geocode manually for this monthly task. Munge munge munge

Same exact case. We start 3 days a week return to office in January. It is harder to do the bike ride there and back in cold rain and dark.

Drove the Mustang to 405,000, sold it to a young man going through a mechanics program. The Raider/Montero was over 250,000 & the GX470 is at the 200,000. Good car, needs new paint. I try to mostly bicycle+train commute now. Used for long road trips & as tow vehicle. Keep it in good shape for that.
