Congratulations Southwest. You’ve now provided absolutely NO reason to continue giving you business. And no, I’m not going to get a CC that comes with a $69 fee (a fact that you omit) in exchange for 1 checked bag. I hope that all of your customers follow suit and take their business elsewhere.

The CFPB ordered a big bank to pay a substantial amount to me for their numerous illegal practices w/my mortgage. They forced an unscrupulous car dealership to return my husband's four- figure down payment.They then forced a CC company to reissue a card that had been arbitrarily closed.
