It isn’t bad, per se, I would like it more if it was its own original story. But since it is based on a preexisting work… alas, this is a no for me. A genuine shame— I did at the very least enjoy the vocals and work put into it. No denying its a talented cast. Just not the ideal way of handling it.

I normally have a soft spot for this composer despise what most enthusiasts says. A guilty pleasure, if you will. After all, he composed one of my favorite musicals of all time! A dream it’d be to be a part of it should the opportunity arises!
… However, this is where not even I can defend him.
