Didn't realise Life was another of that short lived mid 90s trend of interchangeable covers (see also Pulp's Different Class) Were there many others? My main memory of Pulp is the pack was thick enough that if you tried to remove it from the case it tore, so most people kept the cover they purchased

Absolutely love these but this entry raises a question: were there any rights related issues on using Jack Woolgar’s likeness on the cover? I imagine the Doctor & companions have permissions written into their contracts but it’s rare to see supporting actors likenesses used

Just looked on eBay and nobody’s selling it in the uk, meaning it’s cheaper to buy the originals once air postage is factored in! Like yourself I love Baxter reprints- I still have copies of Warlock, Swamp Thing & Manhunter bought when they were originally released back in the 80’s

It’s an apt question as usually the transmission time would indicate if it’s child suitable. But while it’s a double episode with most of that time being post watershed, it starts at 8.30, leaving an uncomfortable ambiguity

With Terror of the Zygons; Android Invasion and Seeds of Doom. Stories set in contemporary Britain with the uncanny operating next to larger than life villains. I wonder what would have happened had Dr Who chosen this format instead?
