I found the article, its from feb 2024. That newspaper article is from 1997 though.

Ok 5 hours in now and ive had enough. Ive maxed out all the skills, so things arent getting faster anymore and theres still far to much left, like 40% of the map, its just busywork without upgrades. Gotta have constant upgrades for this to be fun sheesh. Also theres just 3 trash piles that repeat.

Ok so i bought, just because i saw an idlecub vid and i was like, ok ill enjoy this. And i am, its very satisfying, its just an incremental game in 3D really. But what surprised me is the OST, they got like, a katamari~ish OST with all sorts of songs, just all about digging through trash, its great.
