Some of the art I've made this year. I'm proud of all of it and surprised I got so much done considering a couple of times I seriously thought about giving up.

Yennefer from Netflix's The Witcher. What does everyone think of Liam Hemsworth as Geralt? I've only seen the first episode so no spoilers please.

New work!

A Heldrake for some cool Warhammer40k people. I don't know anything about Warhammer but when I found out it has a dragon... a DEMON MECH DRAGON, of course I jumped at the chance to paint one. What do the fans think, did I do a good job?

A page of portrait studies because I'm trying to convince myself I can actually draw a good character likeness. Some are more successful than others but I'm mostly happy with them. All are 2b and 4b pencil in an A4 sketcbook. Let me know if you recognise them.

New Art

This was inspired by the tv show Chapelwaite which was in turn inspired by Stephen King's short story Jerusalem's Lot which was included in the 2005 edition of his novel Salem's Lot. I'll include some close ups in the comments.

Rhona and the Wolf

I've shared this painting a lot because it's kind of a calling card for my illustrated story of the same name, and I use it as my profile picture across my socials, so it's done the rounds. But it also holds an important place in my journey as an artist...

I'm still proud of them and I learned a lot about painting, and everything since got stronger and I was generally more confident. It allowed me to expand into more complex work so I'll always have a soft spot for them. Here are the others. All are on A3 or 14x14" board in oils...
